For HR documents, stick to facts — what happened, when, how many times, what the policy says. Avoid opinions or assumptions. The AI will organize your facts into proper documentation.
Type: "Write a first written warning for the following situation: [describe facts]"
Read the generated document. Check:
Make any corrections before using it.
Copy the final text into Word, Google Docs, or your HR system. Add the employee name, date, and your signature line. Print two copies — one for the file, one for the employee.
